癌症治療期間或之後，可以做 SRM 和針灸嗎？
簡單回答：在腫瘤科醫生同意的前提下，可以。SRM 結構療法結合針法，目的是協助處理治療帶來的不適，例如手術疤痕的牽拉、放療後組織緊繃、活動受限與疲勞，而不是治療癌症本身。所有安排都會配合你的腫瘤科療程。
Short answer: yes, with your oncologist’s agreement. SRM structural therapy combined with acupuncture aims to help with the discomfort that treatment can leave, such as pulling surgical scars, tightness after radiotherapy, restricted movement and fatigue. It does not treat cancer itself, and everything is planned around your oncology care.

手術後的疤痕。已癒合卻仍牽拉、疼痛、影響抬手或轉身的疤痕，可以用解疤松解的手法慢慢處理。
放療後的緊繃。照射範圍附近的組織變硬、活動變小。
姿勢與代償。手術或長期臥床後，身體為了保護自己形成的姿勢改變。
疲勞、睡眠與緊張。針法可以配合身體的狀態調整，幫助放鬆。

我們不會建議你停止或延後任何腫瘤科治療，也不會宣稱可以治療或縮小腫瘤。如果你正在服用標靶藥、化療藥或其他處方藥，請把用藥清單帶來；中藥的使用尤其需要與腫瘤科醫生溝通。
We never suggest stopping or delaying oncology treatment, and never claim to treat or shrink tumours. Bring your medication list; herbal medicine especially needs to be discussed with your oncologist.
哪些時候要先暫停或調整？
血小板或白血球過低、發燒或感染、剛做完手術傷口未癒合、有淋巴水腫或植入式導管（人工血管）的部位、骨轉移的區域，都需要避開或先由腫瘤科醫生評估。手法會比一般更輕，醫師會一步一步說明。
Low platelets or white cells, fever or infection, unhealed wounds, lymphoedema, implanted ports and areas of bone involvement need to be avoided or cleared by your oncologist first. Work is gentler than usual and explained step by step.
