看中醫之前，怎麼確認醫師有沒有註冊？

簡單回答：在馬來西亞，中醫師需依照《2016 年傳統與輔助醫藥法令》，向衛生部轄下的傳統與輔助醫藥理事會（T&CM Council）註冊。註冊後會有一個註冊編號，你可以直接請診所或醫師提供，再到衛生部傳統與輔助醫藥局的官方管道核對。

Short answer: in Malaysia, TCM practitioners register with the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council under the Ministry of Health, as required by the T&CM Act 2016. Registered practitioners have a registration number you can ask for and check through the Ministry’s official T&CM channels.

為什麼要確認？

針灸要把針放進身體，中藥要吃進肚子，手法要作用在關節和脊椎上。這些都需要受過完整訓練、了解禁忌的人來做。確認註冊，不是不信任醫師，而是看病之前很合理的一步。

Acupuncture, herbs and manual therapy all act directly on the body. Checking registration is not distrust; it is a reasonable first step.

註冊編號長什麼樣子？

註冊編號通常以 PTC 開頭，例如「PTC-PPPB2024/xxxxx」。在醫道閣，每位醫師的個人頁面都列出了註冊資訊，你可以在 醫師團隊 找到。

Registration numbers usually begin with PTC, for example “PTC-PPPB2024/xxxxx”. Each Virtue TCM practitioner’s page lists their registration.

除了註冊，還可以看什麼？

學歷與訓練。在哪裡念中醫、念了幾年、有沒有專科訓練。

專長是否對得上你的問題。皮膚、婦科、痛症、內科，各有擅長。

初診是否完整。先把脈、看舌、詳細問診，再開藥或治療。

有沒有把話說清楚。你應該知道醫師看到什麼、建議什麼、為什麼。

Also look at training, whether their focus matches your concern, whether the first visit includes a full assessment, and whether they explain what they found and why.

什麼情況應該先看西醫？

胸痛、呼吸困難、一側身體突然無力或麻木、從未有過的劇烈頭痛、高燒不退、劇烈腹痛或大量出血，請先到醫院。中醫不應該延誤緊急醫療。
