檳城腰背、頸肩痛做針灸，第一次會怎樣？

簡單回答：在醫道閣檳城分店（The Qing Suites，喬治市 Lebuh Leith），第一次會先問診，醫師看你怎麼站、怎麼動、哪個動作會痛，再決定用針灸、SRM 結構療法，或兩者搭配。初診問診 RM60，針灸一次 RM120，和吉隆坡同價。

Short answer: at our Penang centre (The Qing Suites, Lebuh Leith, George Town), a first visit starts with a consultation. The practitioner looks at how you stand, how you move and which movements hurt, then decides on acupuncture, SRM structural therapy, or both. A first consultation is RM60 and acupuncture is RM120 per session, the same as in Kuala Lumpur.

第一次來的流程

1. 問診（約 15 分鐘）：痛了多久、在哪裡、什麼時候比較痛，也會問睡眠、工作姿勢和以前受過的傷。醫師會把脈、看舌，並請你做幾個簡單的動作，例如彎腰、轉頭、抬手。

2. 治療：針灸約 30 分鐘。如果痛反覆回來、跟姿勢或舊傷有關，醫師可能建議 SRM 結構療法，檳城以 SRM-60（60 分鐘）進行。

3. 回家之後：醫師會說明哪些動作先避免、平常可以怎麼活動，以及建議什麼時候回來看反應。

1. Consultation (about 15 minutes): how long it has hurt, where, and when it is worse, plus sleep, work posture and old injuries. Pulse, tongue and a few simple movements such as bending, turning the head and lifting the arms. 2. Treatment: acupuncture takes about 30 minutes. If the pain keeps returning and seems linked to posture or an old injury, SRM structural therapy may be suggested; in Penang it is offered as SRM-60. 3. After: what to avoid for now, how to keep moving, and when to come back so the practitioner can see how you responded.

針灸和 SRM 有什麼不同？

針灸用細針放鬆局部的緊繃，也會依體質選擇身體其他的穴位，常用在最近才開始、範圍明確的痛。SRM 是徒手的結構療法，看張力和代償在全身哪裡，處理筋膜與軟組織，不是快速扳動骨頭，常用在反覆發作、同一側總是比較緊的情況。很多時候兩者會一起用。

Acupuncture uses fine needles to ease local tension and may include points elsewhere on the body; it often suits recent, well-defined pain. SRM is a hands-on structural therapy that looks at where tension and compensation sit across the whole body, working through fascia and soft tissue rather than quick adjustments; it often suits pain that keeps coming back.
